Q: What is the typical process of a project?
Dynamic Research follows these steps:

Q: Are the information provided by Dynamic Research reliable?
Dynamic Research always pays attention on the credibility of the intelligence gathered. When we are able to confirm a piece of information from multiple channels and sources, we could usually be quite assured it is reliable. However, ambiguity and lack of sources to confirm a piece of information are not uncommon either. In those situations, we will consider the circumstantial facts as well as the reasonableness of the information received. A judgment call is likely to be required, and we will present all facts to the client to be in the best position to make a sound judgment call.
If certain information is unavailable, we would explain the situation and reasoning to the client.
Q: Is it possible to view a sample report?
Sample reports are only provided to potential clients with reputable profiles and are compatible with the service we are offering.
Q: What is the pricing of each service? Why each quotation is different?
Project pricing is determined by the unique requirements of each project, including but not limited to, size of scope, complexity, time required, geographies, industries, etc.
Q: Is a fee deposit required prior to start of project? When should full payment be made?
Yes. To ensure smooth operation during the project, Dynamic Research requests a deposit amount prior to the commencement of a project. The amount is communicated with the client at the pre-planning stage.
Full payment shall be made within 30 business days after the completion of a project. We provide invoice for each project.
Q: How important is hiring a counsel to handle “special situations”?
Because circumstances surrounding special situations are typically unpredictable. We always recommend our clients being represented by a counsel before contacting us, so that all discussions and work can be conducted under attorney-client privilege.

We focus on the Asia Pacific region, however, our capabilities and resources are beyond the region, and we have assisted clients on issues in the Americas, South Asia, and the Middle East.
